Lupit Pole: Support, Warranty, and Usage
Summary of general questions about brand, customer service, stability, installation, and safety.
- What makes Lupit Pole special?Lupit Pole positions itself as a pole dance pole brand focused on safety, performance, smooth spin, and solutions for home, studio, stage, and aerial use.
- Customer SupportThe brand states it works to provide quick responses and solutions to customer issues. At VIVE POLE, we also offer support in Spanish before and after your purchase.
- StabilityBefore using a pressure-mounted pole, it's advisable to check that it is vertical, securely fixed, and without any strange movement.
- Weight and SafetyActual restrictions depend on the product, installation, ceiling/floor, and usage. For questions regarding load, professional installation, or intensive use, it's best to consult before purchasing.
- Removable or Permanent PolesLupit offers removable solutions as well as options for studio installations or more permanent configurations.
Lupit Classic G2
Pressure installation, home use, static/spinning mode, and basic maintenance.
- No-Drill InstallationClassic G2 is designed for pressure mounting in a few minutes, provided the ceiling and floor are suitable and the pole is perfectly level.
- Standard HeightThe standard configuration is for ceilings approximately 2300 mm to 2800 mm.
- Taller HeightFor ceilings above 2800 mm, a compatible extension can be used, reaching approximately up to 3300 mm depending on the configuration.
- Shorter HeightFor ceilings below the minimum height in the chart, the configuration and extensions should be reviewed. The official example of 2250 mm specifies particular extensions.
- False CeilingsIt is not recommended to install on plasterboard, false ceilings, or surfaces that do not guarantee load and stability.
- Slanted CeilingFor slanted ceilings, a specific mounting accessory is required; an improvised standard installation should not be attempted.
Spin, Protective Cover, and Joints
Common assembly and adjustment problems with Lupit Home Classic G2.
- The spin is not as expectedThis usually happens if the pole is overtightened, not vertical, or if the bearings are dry/dirty.
- How to correct itAdjust manually following instructions, use a leveler, and ensure the pressure is sufficient but not excessive.
- BearingsIf the pole is used daily, lubricate the lower and upper bearings every 3 months with machine oil or specific spray grease.
- Protective cover difficult to raiseThis can happen if the pole is tightened unevenly. Loosen it, screw the cover all the way up, and tighten the screws gradually and evenly.
- Uneven gap in the maskA slight difference may be related to adjustment or verticality; check that the pole is not bent due to asymmetric pressure.
- Parts that rotate staticallyIf the tubes move at the joints, check the assembly, fastening, and locking before training.
Lupit Diamond G2 and Quick Lock
Differences between Classic, Diamond, and static/spinning change systems.
- Classic vs DiamondThe difference is small but important: Diamond is geared towards a more comfortable and premium experience.
- Quick LockAllows quick switching between static and spinning mode when the model includes it.
- Standard Lock to Quick LockLupit has official videos for replacing Standard Lock with Quick Lock on Classic G2.
- InstallationEven if the mode change is faster, the pole must still be installed with correct pressure and proper leveling.
Lupit Stage Pole with Podium
Information on extensions, height, configuration, and stage compatibility.
- Two main partsThe stage pole has a fixed lower part and a variable upper extension.
- Standard extensionThe extension included in the package is 1445 mm.
- Optional extensionsThere are 500 mm, 750 mm, and 1000 mm extensions to adapt the stage to lower ceilings.
- Approximate heights500 mm for ceilings from approx. 2150 mm, 750 mm from approx. 2400 mm, and 1000 mm from approx. 2650 mm.
- Maximum standard heightThe standard configuration reaches a total stage height of approximately 2942 mm and requires a ceiling higher than 3050 mm.
- Extension limitExtensions longer than 1445 mm are not recommended for safety and stability.
- CompatibilityExtensions from other Lupit poles are not suitable for the main stage pole.
Lupit Studio, Pro and Studio Champion
Recommendations for academies, studios, intensive use, and professional poles.
- Home G2 for classesLupit does not recommend Classic G2 for studios or competitions because it has a segmented structure and requires more frequent review.
- For opening a studioFor maximum durability, it is recommended to consider Lupit Studio poles.
- Versatile studioIf you want to transform the space between pole, yoga, aerial or fitness, Lupit Pro can be a good option due to its quick installation.
- Competition / high performanceFor a fixed installation with maximum performance, Lupit Studio Champion is the option oriented towards a professional studio.
- Removable or permanentLupit offers removable options and more permanent solutions depending on the studio's use.
If the bottom part slides
Review steps when a Lupit Pro moves during demanding spins.
- Check verticalityThe pole must be completely straight; use a leveler.
- Check heightRe-measure floor-to-ceiling and confirm that the pole corresponds to that measurement.
- Correct pressureThere must be sufficient pressure between the ceiling and the floor. In some cases, it may be necessary to add a lower extension ring.
- Movement without weightIt may move slightly if shaken by hand without body weight; when dancing, the weight increases friction against the floor.
- Clean rubber and floorIt is essential to clean the bottom rubber and the floor with pure alcohol to improve grip.
- Slippery floorIf it persists, markers/stickers can be used or a permanent installation solution can be considered.
Lupit Pole Crash Mats
Differences between standard, premium crash mats, thicknesses, and recommended uses.
- Standard vs PremiumThe Standard is simpler, without handles and with fewer decorative seams.
- PremiumThe Premium includes handles and more elaborate finishes.
- MaterialsBoth lines use quality fabric, inner foam, and a non-slip base.
- 12 cm thicknessMore suitable for advanced levels or figures at a greater height.
- 8 cm thicknessMore practical for beginners or regular training with lower fall height.
- ChoiceThe choice depends on the level, type of training, height of the figures, and available space.
Lupit Hoop, Flying Pole and supports
Support for hoop/lyra, flying pole, lollipop, silk, cube, and rigging accessories.
- Lupit Hoop convertibleThe hoop can be used as a double point, single point, or without suspension points.
- Three configurationsBy removing one or both supports, the hoop adapts to different styles and needs.
- Aerial ceiling supportThere is no universal recommendation because each ceiling is different: wood, plaster, concrete or another structure.
- Professional installationThe brand recommends consulting a professional or engineer to review the actual ceiling structure.
- Support limitThe Lupit aerial support indicates 20 kN / 2000 kg as the working load limit; the critical factor is the attachment to the structure.
How to clean Lupit Pole poles
Cleaning by finish, disc rubber, bearings, and products to avoid.
- Chrome and stainless steelCan be cleaned with a cotton cloth and pure alcohol, water or nitro thinner 900 as recommended by Lupit.
- Powder coatedPowder-coated parts should only be cleaned with pure alcohol or water, and dried with cotton or microfiber.
- Do not use glass cleanerAvoid glass cleaners, especially if they contain ammonium hydroxide.
- Disc rubberThe disc rubber should be cleaned with pure alcohol regularly. Lupit also mentions nitro 900 to refresh the surface.
- BearingsIf the pole is used daily, lubricate the upper and lower bearing systems every 3 months.
- Protective coverA drop of machine oil on the inner thread can help if the cover is difficult to raise or lower.
Finishes, sweat, and stainless steel
Grip depends on finish, skin, humidity, sweat, temperature, and training style.
- Stainless steelIt is resistant, durable, and common in studios because it better withstands intensive use.
- Humid climateStainless steel can perform well in humid conditions or for people with more perspiration.
- No universal gripIt cannot be guaranteed that a finish will have a better grip for everyone; it depends on skin, climate, and preference.
- Nickel and allergiesChrome usually uses nickel as a base. Stainless steel also contains nickel combined with other elements; it can reduce contact, but does not guarantee zero reaction.
- Budget and useThe choice of finish should take into account skin sensitivity, level, home or studio use, and climate.
